26 December 2006--Many thoughts and prayers to my dear friend, vet, Dr. Murph, who owns
M & M whippets, IGs, and basenjis. Her home caught fire this weekend, Christmas day, and
she went to rescue her dogs with her daughter, Muff. Unfortunately, Murph could not save the
dogs and is hospitalized, thoughts and many prayers needed for her and her family. Since
today is not a day to brag, when the news in 2007 comes out, we will give a recap of the
wonderful brags of Lost Ten basenjis!
25 September 2006--Lots of news to report, Cinder will meet her new beau today, see our
Litters page for more information! Our lovely man, Rascal, Ch. Calaz Abba Jabba Lost Ten
has made Stud Dog Honor Roll! Last but not least, our Rascal son, Solivia's Tradebar, Tra,
won the open Tri class at Nationals! Congrads!
5 August 2006--Took my first road trip since George's illness, to the fine state of Missouri,
to see Lacada and Ronel Basenjis, Dallas Hunt and EJ McFarland. Upon my arrival at
Lacada and Ronel, I took the adventure to add someone special to my breeding program
and found two to my delight, see the Litters page and boy's page to see my new additions!
Great News, Ch. Calaz Abba Jabba Lost Ten, Rascal's son, Sisco's I Triple Dog Dare You,
took Winner's Dog, Best of Winner's at the Houston Astro Series! Yeah, Cody!
4 July 2006--Congrads to Ch. Calaz You Dont Know Jack, Little Jack, on his top ten
ranking! My wonderful son, Paul David added a new member to our family, his new wife,
Chelsea Leigh! The two were married on June 16th on the beach! What a beautiful
wedding! Lost Ten is downsizing and we have added some new available basenjis looking
for loving homes!
21 March 2006--A Huge Belated Congrads to Rascal's son, Ch. Calaz You Dont Know
Jack, Little Jack, on his recent Group 1 and best of luck to his breeder, Nancy True, and
handler, Beverly Wright-Osmet! Oh, silly web designer forgot to link pages! SO, the last two
litters co-bred with Lacada Basenjis are listed on the website! We lost our Grand Dam,
Susie, on March 16, 2006, she will be missed greatly!
18 March 2006--Time Flies When You Are Having Fun! And FUN is what we are having
with Ms. Whisper! Over the past few weeks on the road and showing like a pro, Ms.
Whisper takes several breed over several nice Specials! Judge T. Stacy, R. Stein, K. Kahn,
and E. Blake, ALL AGREED, I have something Special!! Yes, Ms. Whisper is being added
to our list of upcoming breedings, NOW, to find her JUST THE RIGHT Man!
22 February 2006--Got the page up for Shay, or Lacada's Hope To Lost Ten, and finally the
picture of Whisper from Eukanuba National! Things are going well! Planning for a wedding,
showing, and having lots of fun with my babes!
19 February 2006--Almost a month! Wow! Lots has happened! Still a tad bit excited
about my win with Ms. Whisper! Got to spend quality time with my grandchildren. Still
cursing my new 5th wheel! AND Puppies went to their new homes! Starting the planning
stages for this fall's litters! Check out some new pictures throughout the website!
20 January 2006--Still in Florida enjoying the wonderful weather!!
14 January 2006--YAHOO! Whisper takes an Award of Merit at the Eukanuba National
Championship and goes for Best Bred-By against a nice special!
11 January 2006--My website designer has been delayed, but we have puppy pictures up!
What a bunch! They have already made the trip to Florida!
7 January 2006--I'm heading out to the Sunshine State! Florida here I come!
